Roll Mates is happy to be offering a 4-week learn to skate program for both inline and roller skaters at Rotary Center for the Arts in November. This course is designed for the skater looking to master the fundamentals while building confidence on wheels. Starting with essential skills like stopping and turning, Coach Colleen will help you get a better understanding technique using weight transfer, body position, correct use of edges and more to help you roll with ease and confidence. Coach Chris will then take those skills and turn them into cool dance moves on skates for a fun and engaging way to learn the basics.
